Exploring the current state of human relationships with food
This exhibition will introduce the “Food and Ethics Research Project” results dedicated to research into “food” and ethical issues surrounding it.
Divided into the two main topics, “disasters” and “biotechnology,” research in 2021 focuses on ethics and sustainability concerning food. These activities are showcased alongside essays, magazine articles, and other materials documenting the results in the exhibition.
